Received 6 May 1998; accepted 14 October 1998.

Abstract

Thrombolysis for the treatment of occluded bypass grafts is used in selected clinical circumstances. Unfortunately, a minority of these procedures are technical failures because of the inability to access the occluded graft. We describe a technique that greatly increases the chances of technical success. (J Vasc Surg 1999;29:745-7.)
