Lower extremity artery stenosis distribution in an unselected elderly population and its relation to a reduced ankle-brachial index

    Scatter plot shows the ankle-brachial index (ABI) in the right leg vs the ABI in the left leg. There is a significant correlation between the ABI in the two legs (r = 0.70, P < .0001).
