Computed tomography angiography of the chest (A) before (B) 6 months, and (C) 12 months after endovascular repair in a patient who presented with massive hemoptysis and was found to have a pseudoaneurysm (arrow) at the proximal aspect of an aorta to left subclavian artery bypass. Exclusion of the aneurysm and progressive resolution of the associated hematoma is demonstrated.
